Carol Boyd
Chief Executive Officer
Carol is the CEO of EFI. She
came to us in 1999 from Texas with 32 years experience in Human Services.
Her background includes certifications and licensures as QMRP (Qualified Mental Retardation
Professional), as well as Program Administration, Sales and Marketing, Alcohol
and Drug Counseling, Marriage and Family therapy, Nursing Home Administration,
Social Work, and Vocational Counseling. Carol holds a BS in both
Rehabilitation Psychology and Criminal Justice.

Patti Jo Larson
Human Resources
Director
Patti Jo
Larson directs our Human Resource Division. She joined us in 2008 with
30 years of combined retail management and human resource experience.

Bev Barnes
Residential
Director
Bev Barnes has been employed with EFI for 17 years in various
capacities. She is currently the Director of Residential Services.

Earl Campbell
Vocational Services Director
Earl directs EFI's Vocational Services Division.
He came to us in 1987 and served as the woodshop and recycling manager through
1994. He brings with him 18 years experience in the forest products
industry, and 13 years of service to the special needs population -- five of
which were in management. He also has five years experience as a small
business owner in concrete manufacturing.

Judy Canaday
Chief Financial Officer
Judy is the Chief Financial Officer for EFI.
She came to us in May 2001 with 12 years of nonprofit accounting experience.
Judy completed college level coursework while her husband was active in the US
Army at City Colleges of Chicago and University of Maryland in Germany, and also
at Monterey Peninsula College in California.
