Supporting Independence and Safety!

EFI 's Residential Services provides 24-hour care and assists with living accommodations for about 80 disabled adults in Mason County.  A skilled staff of approximately 100 are employed at the various housing facilities helping to support the independence and safety of our clients.

Two residential programs are available:

• Supported Living

• Independent Living Services

EFI  provides 24/7 staffing in 11 supported living homes in the Shelton community.  Tenants living in these homes share rent and expenses for the operation of the home.   (click on pictures to enlarge)

Sample Home One of many EFI Assisted Living homes in the Shelton community. This home is occupied by three roommates who share rent and expenses.	Living Area Roommate's personalities come together as they bring different pieces of their own furniture to the home.
Recreation The garage in this home serves as the resident's recreation room.	Bedrooms Comfortable and private bedrooms are available for each resident.

For people living independently in the community, EFI provides the following support services:

• Personal finance management

• Instruction for public transportation

• Meal preparation/menu construction

• Consumer advice for services

• Consumer advice for merchandise

• Integration into community activities

• Other services that meet the requirements and goals of the resident
